Yes, you can charge LiTime LiFePO4 lithium batteries with solar panels. Here are 3 recommended ways to charge LiFePO4 lithium batteries.
1. Using Solar Panels
The LiTime 12V 300Ah battery can be fully charged by in one day (with effective sunshine 4.5hrs/day) by 1200W solar panels. It may take more than one day to fully charge the battery by ≥1200W solar panels since the duration and intensity of light would be a great factor for their charging efficiency.
2. Generator/Alternator
If the alternator or generator supports DC output, a DC-to-DC charger is needed to connect the battery to the generator; if your alternator or generator supports AC output, please add a suitable battery charger to connect the battery and the generator according to our recommendations.
The Recommended Charging Voltage: 14.2V - 14.6V. The Recommended Charging Current: ① 60A (0.2C): the battery will be fully charged in around 5 hrs to 100% capacity; ② 150A (0.5C): the battery will be fully charged in around 2 hrs to around 97% capacity.
3. LiFePO4 Smart Chargers
To charge 12V battery, it is recommended to use 14.6V battery charger.
The Recommended Charging Voltage: 14.2V - 14.6V.
The Recommended Charging Current: ① 60A (0.2C): the battery will be fully charged in around 5 hrs to 100% capacity; ② 150A (0.5C): the battery will be fully charged in around 2 hrs to around 97% capacity.
LiFePO4 lithium batteries can safely charge between 0℃ to 50℃ / 32℉ to 122℉. LiTime Cold Weather Batteries include low-temperature charging protection which will automatically cut the battery charging off when the cell temperature is lower than 32℉, thus preventing the battery cells from damage when charging under the freezing point.

Yes. LiTime 12V deep cycle lithium batteries can be connected 4 in series to create a 48V battery system.
Note: To connect in series or in parallel, batteries should meet the below conditions:
a. identical batteries with the same battery capacity (Ah) and BMS (A)
b. from the same brand (as lithium battery from different brands has their special BMS);
c. purchased in near time (within one month).
It is recommended to store LiTime LiFePO4 batteries at 50% state of charge (SOC). If the batteries are stored for long periods, recharge the batteries at least every 3 months. Recommended storage environment: 10℃~35℃ (50℉~95℉),45%RH~75%RH

Going from 2 100Ah AGM batteries to one 300Ah LiFePO4 completely changes the RV experience. Not just for a few days boondocking but in so many other ways while on the road and even putting the rig into storage.
Finally got around to getting a load tester and after fully charging the 300ah battery (now 6 months old w/daily discharge cycles), it came in at 297.5ah from the test, so capacity as advertised and looks to be holding its own.
The battery works great with my off-grid solar power system. It has plenty of power and when I can afford it, I will purchase a second one to double my power storage.
I recently purchased the 12v 300ah battery to replace my two 12v 100ah batteries. I can say it was an easy transition after I built out the platform to secure it. I just connected the cables and it charged to a 100% in just a couple hours. I can now run substantially longer and I achieved my goal. I think this a great battery and it is priced aggressively.
