Earning LiPoints is easy! You can earn LiPoints by creating an account, subscribing to our email newsletter, following us on social media, placing orders, and participating in special activities. The more you engage, the more points you earn. For more details, you could learn this user guide.

Yes. Starting from January 1, 2026, LiPoints are valid for 365 days from the date they are credited. Points earned before January 1, 2026 do not expire. When redeeming, points with an expiration date will be used first.

At this time, LiPoints can only be earned on purchases made directly through our official website. Orders placed via third-party sellers or other platforms are not eligible for rewards.

No, taxes and shipping fees don’t earn LiPoints because they’re outside of our control.

LiPoints are tied to your personal account and can’t be shared or transferred. They’re just for you to enjoy!

LiPoints can be redeemed for a variety of rewards - like discount coupons, gift cards, LiTime products, and more! Just make sure to use your rewards within their validity period. For full details, check out the membership page.

Simply log in to the Membership page, where all available rewards will be highlighted. Just select the benefit you want and click “Redeem” to claim it - it’s that easy!

Reward coupons come with specific conditions like discount amount, minimum purchase, applicable products, and expiration date - so be sure to check the details before using one. Only one coupon can be applied per order, and reward coupons can’t be combined with other offers, sales, or discounts. As long as you have enough points, you’re free to redeem whenever it works best for you!

Once the redemption is completed, it cannot be canceled. The rewards cannot be returned or exchanged.
