When you receive your battery, please note that it may have a low State of Charge (SOC) due to transportation and storage. For optimal performance, we recommend charging the battery immediately with AC-DC lithium battery charger or MPPT solar charge controller to avoid over-discharge.
If you plan to store the battery for an extended period without use, charge it to a SOC of 30% to 50% and perform maintenance every three months. This will help preserve its functionality and performance over time.
These two series primarily address the charging issues of LiFePO4 lithium batteries in cold weather. The main difference between the Low-Temperature series and the Self-Heating series lies in the presence of an automatic Battery Management System (BMS) heating module. The Self-Heating series allows the battery to self-warm without any action required from the user while charging. However, the Low-Temperature Protection series will automatically cut-off the charging when the temperature is below 0℃ (32℉), and it requires you to take some measures, such as placing the battery in a warm indoor environment, to warm it up to 5℃ (41℉) and restore charging capability.

No. The charging will start after the lithium battery heats itself to 10℃ (50℉).
External heating only heats the casing and does not heat the battery cells. In conditions of -20°C, after external heating for two hours, the battery cells temperature rise to 5°C, but the lead-acid casing temperature has risen to 70-80°C.
Therefore, it is not recommended to externally heat the battery, as the actual cell temperature cannot be determined at this time.
No. LiTime LiFePO4 lithium batteries are not intended to be used as starting batteries but energy storage, please do not use them to start any devices.

1. Using Solar Panels
The battery can be fully charged in one day (with effective sunshine 4.5 hrs/day) by 400W solar panels. It may take more than one day to fully charge the battery by ≥400W solar panels since the duration and intensity of light would be a great factor for their charging efficiency. If the alternator or generator supports DC output, a DC-to-DC charger is needed to connect the battery to the generator; if your alternator or generator supports AC output, please add a suitable battery charger to connect the battery and the generator according to our recommendations. The Recommended Charging Voltage: 14.2V - 14.6V. The Recommended Charging Current: ① 20A (0.2C): the battery will be fully charged in around 5 hrs to 100% capacity; ② 50A (0.5C): the battery will be fully charged in around 2 hrs to around 97% capacity.
3. LiFePO4 Smart Chargers
To charge 12V battery, it is recommended to use 14.6V battery charger.

Switched trolling motor 24V system to lithium. So far so good. I made a mistake when I ordered the charger and had to return it That went smooth. Install was straight forward. Four night trips in so far and everything is working perfectly. I can’t speak to longevity yet, but I can say this company is responsive and everything is as it should be so far.

Great battery
I only had problems with it outside in weather well below -20 F as the automatic cold-protection feature would shut off the battery. But charging it would warm it up and it would work fine. Usually leaving off of a charger at -36 F to -20 F for 8 hours or less would allow it to retain enough heat to not shut off.
Perfect Group 31 replacement for the house batteries in our camper van. The old AGM batteries gave up after 4 years. The self heat feature allows them to be charged when the ambient temperature is below freezing. Excellent build quality. Double the usable power as the OE AGMs and about 1/3 the weight
