What if it rains and there’s no sunlight — how do I charge the battery?
You can charge your battery in two ways:
- Via vehicle alternator using a DC-DC charger (sold separately)
- Via shore power (AC outlets) at RV parks or home using an AC-DC charger (Note: our Extreme Overlander Kit includes an all-in-one inverter/charger — no additional charger needed.)
What should I know if I plan to expand my power system later?
To ensure safety and optimal performance when expanding your power system:
- Use the same battery brand and model for all additional batteries. This ensures voltage and chemistry compatibility.
- Purchase additional batteries within one month of your original purchase to minimize differences in battery age and performance.
- Consider adding a DC-DC battery charger, especially if you want to charge from your vehicle alternator. This is particularly useful in rainy or cloudy weather when solar input is limited.
A well-matched, properly expanded system will give you more flexibility, faster charging, and longer off-grid runtime.

The weight difference was incredible. One 6v Battery weighed 63 lbs. this battery 38 lbs!
I think the mini is the real star of the show. 100ah in this small a package is perfect for kayaks and other small craft.

This charger is a beast! Pleasantly surprised so far with LiTime products.
After many months of debate, I finally bit the bullet and rebuilt my Stealth 4x4 cart with the new batteries.
So far for my golf cart it's been a great battery I got the 10amp charger also no problems.
