Installation Guide
Please charge the battery first after receiving it. This will ensure that the battery can be turned on and the Bluetooth connection is established.
Our Bluetooth batteries are delivered in the off state, the virtual voltage of the battery terminal is 3V-5V, this is a normal phenomenon, just use the AC-DC lithium battery charger or MPPT solar charge controller to charge the battery and turn on the battery, it can be used normally.
If you intend to store the battery for an extended period without use, we recommend charging it to a SOC of 30% to 50% and conducting maintenance every three months. These measures will help preserve its functionality and performance in the long run.
Yes. LiFePO4 is an inherently safe chemistry and the most stable lithium-type battery on the market. LiTime lithium cells are UL certified for the highest safety and sustainability standards.
All LiTime LiFePO4 batteries come with an internal Battery Management System, which protects against under-voltage during discharge, over-voltage during charge, over-current during discharge, over-temperature during charge and discharge, and short-circuit protection – protects battery cells from damage.
Additionally, LiTime LiFePO4 Lithium batteries have been tested to be free from the risk of fire, and electric shock in harsh environments.
1. LiFePO4 Battery Charger
We recommend using a 54.7V LiFePO4 lithium battery charger to maximize the capacity
Recommend charging voltage: 53.25V ~ 54.75V
Recommend charging current:
20A (0.2C): the battery will be fully charged in around 5hrs to 100% capacity.
50A (0.5C): the battery will be fully charged in around 2hrs to around 97% capacity.
Attention:
Connect the charger to the battery before connecting it to the grid power in case of sparks.
Remember to disconnect the charger from the battery after fully charging.
2. Solar Panels
The battery can be fully charged in one day (with effective sunshine 4.5 hrs/day) by 1500W solar panels. It may take more than one day to fully charge the battery by ≥1500W solar panels since the duration and intensity of light would be a great factor for their charging efficiency.
3. Generator/Alternator
If the alternator or generator supports DC output, a DC-to-DC charger is needed to connect the battery to the generator; if your alternator or generator supports AC output, please add a suitable battery charger to connect the battery and the generator according to our recommendations. The Recommended Charging Voltage: 53.25V - 54.75V.
The Recommended Charging Current:
① 20A (0.2C): the battery will be fully charged in around 5 hrs to 100% capacity;
② 50A (0.5C): the battery will be fully charged in around 2 hrs to around 97% capacity.
Yes. LiTime 48V 100Ah lithium battery supports up to 16 in parallel form a 48V (51.2V) 1600Ah battery system.
Note: Please don't connect the battery in series.
To connect in series or parallel, batteries should meet the below conditions:
When using the battery, please be careful to avoid metal or conductive objects touching the positive and negative poles of the battery at the same time, otherwise it may cause a short circuit.
DO NOT install the battery with the top or the post bolt facing down.
