For items purchased from LiTime, you can apply for a free return or exchange within 7 days from the date of receipt, provided the item is in its original packaging, in brand-new condition suitable for resale, and includes the manual and all accessories. LiTime will cover the shipping costs for such returns.

If I modify the product (e.g., disassemble it), can I still get a return, exchange, or warranty service?
No. Unauthorized modification (including but not limited to disassembly) of the product will void the warranty, and such returns will not be accepted for after-sales service. If a modified product is returned, we will refuse it and send it back at the customer's expense.
