If you are thinking about getting rid of your messy, over weight, non economical lead acid batteries, NOW IS THE TIME!! I recently purchased the 48 volt LiPo4 for my 96 Club Car DS and I wish i would have done it sooner. I dropped over 200 lbs of weight, went from 6 individual batteries to 1 sealed case, clean simplified wiring and no more headache of filling batteries. So far I've noticed an overall gain in speed, a longer more consistent run time, and the ability to charge the battery a lot faster. I'm impressed with the customer service I received while doing my install and the warranty sealed the deal for me. 5 stars isn't enough when rating this product. Thank you LiTime for renewing my old cart!!!

840 Amp bus bar

The breaker works perfectly with a 48 V six battery array. It operates easily as a battery selector switch.

Expectations Exceeded!!!

This is the fifth Li Time battery I've purchased. The first four are the 300ah wired for 24v and have been in service since late December and it's unbelievable how much energy they safely store!!! These power half of my home including my 1075w AC and I don't think they've ever gone below 90% SOC and have never heated up.
My recent purchase of the 280ah battery will be replacing my very disappointing lead acid batteries of the original system that powers the other half of my house along with three more 280ah batteries I'll soon be purchasing.
Right now it sits fully charged as backup for my refrigerator and original 12v inverter.
I also run both systems with Li Time 60amp charge controllers with Bluetooth and they are extremely impressive as well.
I've had no problems with any of my Li Time components and I WILL purchase Li Time components in the future!!!

Great this far

I have only had the two 16v 70ah batteries for a month. I ran them in parallel so that I would have 140ah of power to run four 12” Humminbird units and Mega live 2. So far, everything has worked GREAT! I would recommend LiTime to anyone.

Small footprint, easy to use

I am happy with the design of this charger. It has a small footprint for on-boat mounting and waterproof connectors. Once you choose the 12V or 16V setting at power on the first time, it stays set going forward. It is changeable as well with the click of a button.

I doubted, but now I'll never own a non lithium battery again.

I have a 17' fishing boat with an electric bow motor. My standard deep cycle battery would allow my approximately 4 hours of trolling while fishing. This year, I started fishing 7 hour bass tournaments and obviously the battery wasn't going to cut it. I had my first 7 hour tournament last month using my LiTime 12v 100a battery. I checked the battery at the end of the 7 hours, via the Bluetooth app(nice), and to my surprise it still had 78% battery power remaining. This is a definite game changer. Added bonus, I can lift this battery with 2 fingers, not the 2-handed duck walk with the old style battery. I have 2 other batteries on board and they will also be switched over to LiTime lithium in the near future. I wish the charger was a bit cheaper, but i f I found one on Amazon for half the price.

Perfect for trolling motor battery

I have an 100ah marine battery from almost drained to a full charge takes 10 hours max. It’s “slow” compared to the other bigger chargers but I like this because I can charge overnight and be full by the time we load the boat.

Two 100ah 12v

I recently installed two 100 ah/12v batteries in my boat for my trolling motor. I charged them to 80% as I was unsure when my next fishing trip would be. The night before my trip out, I charged them to 99%, and went fishing the next day. I fished from 7:30am to 4:30pm with the trolling motor in the water all day, except for a few short runs with the big motor. I was constantly moving or using spot lock. At the end of the day, one battery showed 99% charged, and the other one showed 97%. I’m actually in disbelief. How can this be? I will not charge them again before my next trip and I’m anxious to see what happens going forward. FYI, I have an Ultrex Quest 24v brushless trolling motor.

Delivery safe … works well

Thank you very much for the text and email support so quickly and efficiently and effectively. You truly have been a wonderful help to me in building my battery and inverter systems.

Beware unresponsive customer service

The charge controller is well built with a very large heat sink. It gets a little warm while delivering 50+Amps to the batteries. The manual is lacking detailed information.
When batteries are near full charge the charge controller displays "E02" and stops charging. It does this repeatedly. I emailed Li-Time customer service about the error and after 8 days I still did not get a reply. I emailed customer noservice again and 3 weeks later still no response. You have been warned.... Nice product but no customer support.

Awesome product , works great

Unreal.

Unbelievable for the price what you get. I am powering three humminbird helix graphs and my live scope with this unit. An average day on the water is 5 to 7 hours if I am trolling, I am running a 10 inch and 12 inch graph if I am jigging I am running to 10 inch graphs and a 12 inch plus my live scope. I have been able to use this battery along with the three group 31, 100ah trolling batteries, three times now since I have installed them a week ago. I have not come home with my trolling motor batteries under 83%. And my Mini running all of my electronics under 78%. I am absolutely blown away. Not to mention the trolling motor batteries were less expensive than the blue top Optima batteries I was previously. Making the switches an absolute no-brainer.

Motorhome Update to Lithium

The house batteries were well past their lifespan, so after looking into replacing with flooded or AGM, I decided to go the lithium route. One of my major concerns was since lithiums can take significant charging currents it could possibly overheat and damage the engine alternator. There are basically two schools of thought on how to prevent this. First is using a Smart Battery Isolation Device, which is essentially a duty cycle timer which only allows the alternator to charge the lithium for a set time period then isolates allowing the alternator to cooldown and repeat the cycle. This method also allows the house side to charge the starting battery when on the generator or shore power. My concern with this method is if contacts stick the alternator can be damaged. The other method is to use a DC-DC Charger to charge the lithium house bank whenever the engine is running which in my case will limit the charge current to 40 amps on the output, approximately 45-50 amps on the input side. Since my alternator has a 180 amp output, I was more comfortable using the DC-DC charger to protect the alternator. Additionally my coach has a solar panel trickle charger for the starting battery, and I was also able to retain the battery boost function to supply cranking power from the coach batteries plus since it’s a gas coach I can jump from my toad if the need arises.
Previous flooded battery capacity was 4x75 =300 Ah, using 50% depth of discharge useable capacity was 150 Ah, now I have 4x100=400 Ah, using 80% discharge for Lithium useable capacity is 320 Ah, averaging 4 Ah for refrigeration alone my off the grid time goes from 37 hours to 80 hours. All in cost for this was approximately $1200.
My previous education & background was in automotive mechanics, plus also in nuclear power in both US Navy submarines & civilian power plants. Plus I had an additional ace in the hole, my son was Advanced Electronics in the Coast Guard, then an Electrician at a Nuclear Power Plant. Along with the technical support provided by LiTime the changeover was easily accomplished.

Money well spent

At first I was afraid to order the like new solar controller but this thing surprises me it came in brand new condition charged my 2 litime 12v 230ah battery really fast I recommend this charge controller to anyone thanks litime and also the shipping was really fast great service

Over-charge risk

Using this 20 amp charger with my LiTime batteries, the battery's BMS always shuts the charger down instead of the charger getting into the later stages of the charge where it reduces the amps

Good battery. Lousy Bluetooth app

I love the capacity that this battery offers, but I'm not sure the Bluetooth option was worth the money. The Balance, Cells, and BMS buttons give you no details whatsoever. And the Current field ignores any load that is less than 2A. So, if you're looking to see if you have some small, hidden load, this won't tell you.

Great replacement

This battery pack has been a great improvement for the old lead acid batteries. The amount of power that this battery can instantly dump into the cart is awesome.

Good so far. Needs better .

Need to place better balanced cells into the batteries. Because of the imbalance and probable lower internal resistance, only one or two of my three 230ah batteries (12v) cycle. The third mainly sits in standby mode. I have 16 cycles on one battery, 8 on another, and 3 on the 3rd. All installed at the same time, per company instructions, by a highly trained professional. Weve been installing a bunch of these this winter for folks under our recommendation and its hard to go back and explain this to people, why the other battery is not participating. They are otherwise good batteries.

Going to try bulk head studs to see if I can trick the internal resistance

Works great

Would be nice to have bluetooth to see stats and higher solar input voltage, but great otherwise.

Missing charger and screen

Got the battery and it was an easy install. I am missing the charger and the monitor that it says it includes. I will update the review when it’s fixed.

Conversion kit

Just completed install of the conversion kit on a Yamaha G29. Great price and easy install by the directions provided. Only complaint is that the shunt comes with M10 bolts. Everything on a golf cart is M8. Just have to drill out each lead so that it will fit over the M10. Also the monitor is fairly big and would not fit anywhere in the dash. I ended up fabricating a L bracket and mounted it on top of the dash. The monitor is currently reading the voltage being used, but not showing remaining amp hours. Based on previous reviews (not in directions) it needs to be almost fully discharged and it will work when re-charged.

Lorine boondocking "kit".

This monitor and shunt completes the "package" we put together with LiTime bits and pieces. We are ready to spend some time boondocking in our trailer. Thank you.

Will definitely be buying from these guys again!

I needed a solid lithium battery that could crank my 40hp Mercury, run all my electronics and lights, and let me check its status from my phone—because, you know, I like to spy on my battery.

To save a few bucks, I grabbed a "like new" battery from LiTime, and let me tell you, this thing was basically fresh out of the box. Fired up my 40hp Mercury in 45-degree temps like it was a summer afternoon. Powered my Helix 9 and livewell without breaking a sweat.

After 7 hours on the water, I checked the app and saw I had only used 1% of the battery. One. Percent. I think my boat is more energy-efficient than I am.

Absolutely thrilled with this purchase—LiTime has officially earned my business for all future battery needs!

will definitely be buying from these guys again!

Wanted to shave a few pounds off my boat and get a little more juice, so I swapped out my old lead acid battery for this bad boy. Let me tell you—this thing did not disappoint.

Took it out for the first time yesterday and trolled for 7 hours straight. I basically treated this battery like a rented mule, and it just shrugged and kept going. Only used 12% of its capacity the whole trip. My 55 lb thrust trolling motor was living its best life with zero power issues.

According to the app, if I kept using power at the same rate, I could’ve trolled for 28 hours. At that point, I’d need a nap before the battery did.

Super happy with this purchase—will definitely be buying from these guys again!

Amazing Lithium battery.

This is my Second Li time Lithium battery 230 Ah that I purchased in the past year For my RV traler. So far no problem. Now 460 AH power
Thank you LiTime
