No. As deep cycle batteries, the 24V 100Ah lithium batteries are not intended to be used as starting batteries but energy storage, please do not use them to start any devices.

Yes, you can charge LiTime LiFePO4 lithium batteries with solar panels. Here are 3 reliable ways to charge
1. Using Solar Panels
The LiTime 24V 100Ah battery can be fully charged by in one day (with effective sunshine 4.5hrs/day) by 800W solar panels. It may take more than one day to fully charge the battery by ≥800W solar panels since the duration and intensity of light would be a great factor for their charging efficiency. Make sure using a solar charge controller when charging the battery with solar panels.
2. Generator/Alternator
If the alternator or generator supports DC output, a DC-to-DC charger is needed to connect the battery to the generator; if your alternator or generator supports AC output, please add a suitable battery charger to connect the battery and the generator according to our recommendations.
The Recommended Charging Voltage: 28.4V - 29.2V. The Recommended Charging Current: ① 20A (0.2C): the battery will be fully charged in around 5 hrs to 100% capacity; ② 50A (0.5C): the battery will be fully charged in around 2 hrs to around 97% capacity.
3. LiFePO4 Smart Chargers
To charge 24V battery, it is recommended to use 29.2V battery chargers.

For This 24V 100Ah Battery: Please be aware that this model should only be charged when the battery's temperature is above 32°F (0°C). Charging in freezing temperatures will damage the cells. On cold days, the best practice is to bring the battery indoors to charge.
For Charging in Freezing Temperatures: If your application requires charging in sub-zero weather (e.g., winter RVing, off-grid cabins), consider our LiTime Cold Weather Batteries. LiTime 24v 100ah lithium ion battery are very stable and much less likely to catch fire when not in use compared with lead-acid types, thanks to their chemistry and built-in safety protections. Once you get past the gimmicky promotional aspects of their website, a sound product came our way. The manual is actually interesting and well done. Clearly LiTime wants satisfied customers. Got to love their wiring guidance for a 4S 2P battery pack.
Really appreciated the safety covers on the contacts for shipping. I used them during the installation process to avoid tools and cables accidentally causing a short.
Two weeks now, everything indicates the 4 parallel 24V 100Ah batteries are performing much better than the 12, 6V golf cart AGM lead acid batteries they replaced.
I like everything about this battery, it has given plenty of power to power most thing at night with juice still left over for next day solar re-charging. I recommend this battery and seller.
I needed a DC/DC power supply that would output a constant 13.2 - 14.0VDC while under ~30A load.
Unfortunately, this unit only had a no-load output of 13.2V, and 12.92V under 28A load (and 12.53V under 38A load).
If you're okay voiding the warranty, you can adjust the voltage via internal adjustment ****.
1.5 turns clockwise brought the no-load voltage up to 13.9V, and 13.6V under 30A load. Perfect for my needs.
I bought a pair of these 24V 100ah to go with a pair of Ampere Time Batteries I bought a year ago. Was interested if they were as good as the Ampere Time batteries. I received the batteries in 3 days and undamaged.
I had a problem with one of the batteries charging correctly, so emailed Li Time Customer Service, and the next day received an email back from Elaine. After a couple of days of emails trying to figure out the problem Elaine said it looked like the battery would have to be shipped back. Elaine then offered to refund or replace. I choose to replace. They set me a packing label for FedEx, and I shipped the battery back. Once they received the battery they set me a new one. In all, it took between 2 and 3 weeks from the time I got the first battery till the time I received it's replacement.
My Off Grid Shop is up and running with plenty of power to spare. Thank you Elaine for all of your help. I will be adding a video of the Li Time Review soon.
