We've had customers use this battery when skiing ice fishing or doing other various winter activities. You can use and discharge LiTime lithium batteries in cold temperatures, but a self-heated battery might be what you want if you plan to charge it in the cold.
There are 2 heating pads built in. The auto self-heating function will be activated by the BMS when the battery is connected to a charger at -20℃ to 5℃ (-4℉ to 41℉). The heating will stop when the battery temperature reaches 10℃ (-4℉).
The main difference between the Low-Temperature series and the Self-Heating series lies in the presence of an automatic Battery Management System (BMS) heating module. The Self-Heating series allows the battery to self-warm without any action required from the user while charging. However, the low-temperature charging protection series will automatically cut-off the charging when the temperature is below 0℃ (32℉), and it requires you to take some measures, such as placing the battery in a warm indoor environment, to warm it up to 5℃ (41℉) and restore charging capability.

Yes, you can charge LiTime LiFePO4 lithium batteries with solar panels. Here are 3 ways to charge.
1. Using Solar Panels
The battery can be fully charged in one day (with effective sunshine 4.5 hrs/day) by 800W solar panels. It may take more than one day to fully charge the battery by ≥800W solar panels since the duration and intensity of light would be a great factor for their charging efficiency. Besides solar panels, there are 2 more ways to charge.
2. Generator/Alternator
If the alternator or generator supports DC output, a DC-to-DC charger is needed to connect the battery to the generator; if your alternator or generator supports AC output, please add a suitable battery charger to connect the battery and the generator according to our recommendations. The Recommended Charging Voltage: 14.2V - 14.6V. The Recommended Charging Current: ① 40A (0.2C): the battery will be fully charged in around 5 hrs to 100% capacity; ② 100A (0.5C): the battery will be fully charged in around 2 hrs to around 97% capacity.
3. LiFePO4 Smart Chargers
To charge 12V battery, it is recommended to use 14.6V battery charger. The Recommended Charging Voltage: 14.2V - 14.6V. The Recommended Charging Current: ① 40A (0.2C): the battery will be fully charged in around 5 hrs to 100% capacity; ② 100A (0.5C): the battery will be fully charged in around 2 hrs to around 97% capacity.

Battery seems great so far and worked well in cold weather camping.
Came package very well and sure is lite compared to any lead acid deep cycle. Used it camping this weekend with iceco 68 quart fridge freezer for three and only used 7% of capacity so i was thrilled. I now have it plugged into 200W of solar and will see how that works. I bought it for winter camping so that will be the real test.
Only had my LiTime 12V 200Ah Plus Self-Heating LiFePO4 Battery and monitor for 3 weeks, but I am happy with the system. It was easy to install on my small travel trailer and I was able to full charge and fully discharge it to calibrate the monitor. LiTime got back to me in a reasonable time when I had a question with a clear and understandable answer. All in all, so far, so good.

I live in Colorado and like to Winter camp, the self heating aspect of this battery is perfect for my application. Being able to change the battery without having to remove it to bring it inside to warm up is amazing!
Happy so far with the battery- charged right up and is holding up well so far. Mavis has been great with next day answers every time to all my questions over the past 2 weeks. Battery was delivered to Colorado in 3 -4 days- pretty speedy!
