I grew up wade fishing the streams and creeks of the Ozarks. When I was 16, I bought my first boat—a little 12-foot flat-bottom boat with a 9.9-horsepower motor. I thought I had the world figured out.
Then I met Murray Lewis, an older gentleman who introduced me to tournament fishing. I still remember the excitement of those first Tuesday night tournaments, catching fish and wondering just how far this passion could take me.

Decades later, I'm still chasing that same feeling. I've competed in more than 150 MLF events, but the excitement of being on the water has never faded. I've learned that no matter how good your boat, tackle, or electronics are, none of them matter if your batteries let you down.
That's why I trust LiTime. My 12V 165Ah Dual Purpose battery powers my electronics and boat accessories, while three 12V 100Ah batteries keep my trolling motor running. Even after long days covering miles of shoreline and fighting strong currents, I rarely see my batteries drop below 85% charge.
From that little boat in the Ozarks to the tournament stage today, fishing has given me a lifetime of memories. And I'm not done making them.
