Refer and Earn LiPoints

1. General

As a member of the LiTime Referral Program, you agree to LiTime’s Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and the additional terms outlined below.

2. Definitions

Referrer:
Anyone aged 18 and above in the United States (or as required by local laws) is eligible to participate. Referrers must have a registered LiTime account and be logged in to generate a unique referral link.

Referred Customer:
A person who registers for a LiTime account using a valid referral link shared by a Referrer. The referred customer must be a new user who has never created or owned a LiTime account. The Referrer and Referred Customer cannot be the same person (e.g., using a different email address or device).

3. Qualified Referrals

Qualified Sign-Up Referral:
A Qualified Referral is a new customer registration completed through the Referrer’s unique referral link.

• When the Referred Customer successfully registers, both the Referrer and the Referred Customer receive a 8% OFF coupon, valid for 30 days from issuance.
  

Qualified Purchase Referral:
A Qualified Purchase Referral is defined as a first purchase made by a Referred Customer after signing up through the referral link.

• When the referred friend places their first order:
  The Referrer earns 500 LiPoints.
  The Referred Customer earns 20 LiPoints.
• Canceled, refunded, or fraudulent transactions will not qualify.
  

4. Referral Rewards

1. 8% OFF Coupons:
   Both Referrer and Referred Customer will receive a 8% OFF coupon after the Referred Customer successfully registers.
   The coupon is valid for 30 days and can be used sitewide.
   
2. Points Rewards:
   Referrers earn 500 LiPoints for each Referred Customer’s first purchase.
   Referred Customers earn 20 LiPoints for their first purchase after registration.
   
3. Rewards will be verified before being issued. Occasional delays may occur in processing.
   
4. LiTime reserves the right to delay or deny rewards if fraudulent or abusive activity is suspected.
   

5. Reward Usage

• Referral rewards (LiTime Points and Coupons) can only be used at the official LiTime website.
  
• Rewards are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
  
• Coupons are valid for 30 days after issuance.
  
• LiTime Points are valid for 365 days from issuance.
  

6. Limitations

• The Referrer’s unique referral link may not be sold, transferred, or shared on public coupon or deal websites.
  
• Each referred customer can only count once toward rewards.
  
• If the Referrer and Referred Customer share the same IP or device, only the Referred Customer will receive the reward.
  
• Fraud or abuse may result in disqualification from the program.
  

7. No Combination

Referral coupons or discounts cannot be combined with other promotional codes or offers.

8. Compliance

As a Referrer, you agree to comply with all applicable laws, including data privacy and anti-spam regulations.

Any distribution of referral links that constitutes spam or unauthorized advertising may lead to termination from the program.

9. Termination or Modification

LiTime reserves the right to modify or cancel the Referral Program at any time without prior notice.

If the program ends, any unclaimed rewards will be forfeited.

LiTime may also terminate the account of any participant found to be in violation of these terms.
