LiTime 48V 100Ah LiFePO4 Deep Cycle Server Rack Battery

Grade A LiFePO4 Cells: LiTime's UL-certified grade A LiFePO4 Cells offer higher energy density, stable performance, and increased power. Enhanced by an upgraded BMS circuit, the 48V 100Ah lithium battery resists load and temperature fluctuations, extending its service life. With FCC and CE certificates as well as a 5-year warranty, LiTime provides peace of mind regarding battery security.

3-4 Times Higher Energy Density: LiTime 48V 100Ah lithium batteries offer 3-4 times the energy density of lead-acid or AGM batteries. Equipped with a metal case for improved heat dissipation and wear resistance, these batteries provide less weight and higher energy density (133Wh/L). With 4000-15000 life cycles and a minimum 10-year lifespan, they are ideal for off-grid living.

10 Days Nonstop Power Supply: LiTime's 48V 100Ah lithium ion battery powers your home continuously for up to 10 days without using utility power, supporting heavy-duty appliances such as air conditioners and dryers. It can be connected in parallel with up to 4 batteries for higher power.

4X Charging Speed & Save 1/2 the Space: The LiTime 48V 100Ah LiFePO4 battery provides 4X the energy of a 12V 100Ah battery and reduces charging time from 20 hours to 5 hours (with 20A charging current). Additionally, it saves half the space and reduces tangles from multiple connection wires.

2-5 Day Delivery: LiTime US local warehouse in California, Texas, and Georgia ensures you receive your batteries in 2-5 business days.

    FAQ

Q: My current RV is using a 12V system, if I upgrade to a 48V system with this 48v solar battery, what obvious life improvements will I see?

A: The most obvious improvement of upgrading the 12V system to 48V is that you can use high-power electrical appliances, such as an air conditioner, refrigerator, or oven in your RV to greatly enhance your off-grid living experience. Plus thinner cables can be used to connect the battery to the rest of the 48V system, thus reducing transmission loss, and improving the safety of your solar setup.

    Q: How to Charge 48V 100Ah LiFePO4 battery?

    A:

    1. LiFePO4 Battery Charger

We recommend using a 54.7V battery charger to maximize the capacity

    Recommend charging voltage: 53.25V ~ 54.75V

Recommend charging current: 20A (0.2C): the battery will be fully charged in around 5hrs to 100% capacity. 50A (0.5C): the battery will be fully charged in around 2hrs to around 97% capacity.

    Attention:

Connect the charger to the battery before connecting it to the grid power in case of sparks.

Remember to disconnect the charger from the battery after fully charging.

    2. Solar Panels

The battery can be fully charged in one day (with effective sunshine 4.5 hrs/day) by 1500W solar panels. It may take more than one day to fully charge the battery by ≥1500W solar panels since the duration and intensity of light would be a great factor for their charging efficiency.

    3. Generator/Alternator

If the alternator or generator supports DC output, a DC-to-DC charger is needed to connect the battery to the generator; if your alternator or generator supports AC output, please add a suitable battery charger to connect the battery and the generator according to our recommendations. The Recommended Charging Voltage: 53.25V - 54.75V.

The Recommended Charging Current: ① 20A (0.2C): the battery will be fully charged in around 5 hrs to 100% capacity; ② 50A (0.5C): the battery will be fully charged in around 2 hrs to around 97% capacity.

Q: If I purchase a 48V LiFePO4 battery, what inverter should I pair it with?

    A:

LiTime 48V 100Ah lithium battery could support Max.4800W load power, and we recommend using a 5000W inverter.

Q: What is the difference between 4D battery and 8D batteriy?

    A:

They are different in dimensions. The group 4d battery has dimensions around L21*W9*H10 inch, while group 8d battery has dimensions about L21*W11*H10 inch.

Q: What is the nominal amps load that this 48V battery is designed to take? What Max amps can it take?

    A:

LiTime 48V 100Ah LiFePO4 battery supports the Max. 4800W load power, and you could normally use it under the load lower than 4800W. This 48V 100Ah lithium battery takes the Max. 100 amps.

Q: If the 48V lithium battery is always charged to 100%, discharged to 0%, and recharged at the maximum continuous charging rate, can I still get 4000 cycles out of it?

    A:

LiTime LiFePO4 lithium batteries support 4000+ 100% SOC & DOD. If you would like to extend the battery life, we suggest you charging/discharging it to 80% capacity.

Q: Can this 48V server rack LiFePO4 battery handle rough treatment? I want to install it in a riding lawn mower that rides roughly over a lot of uneven lawns.

    A:

The LiTime 48V 100Ah battery, equipped with a built-in 100A BMS, offers 4800Wh of energy, supporting a maximum 4800W load power and a continuous charge/discharge current of up to 100A. Many customers have reported that our 48V solar battery is suitable for use with Ryobi and John Deere electric riding lawn mowers.

Q: How many 48V server rack lifepo4 solar batteries can I connect in series or parallel?

A: Please DO NOT connect LiTime 48V lifepo4 solar batteries in series. LiTime 48v solar battery supports up to 4 identical batteries connected in parallel for up to 48V 400Ah battery bank.

Q: Can I use LiTime LiFePO4 Lithium batteries as starting batteries?

A: No. LiTime LiFePO4 lithium batteries are not intended to be used as starting batteries but energy storage, please do not use them to start any devices.

Q: Can I charge LiTime LiFePO4 lithium batteries in cold weather (under freezing temperatures)?

    A:

LiFePO4 batteries can safely charge between 32°F to 113°F (0°C to 45°C). LiTime 12V 100Ah TM & 230Ah LiFePO4 batteries include low-temperature charging protection which will automatically cut the battery charging off when the cell temperature is lower than 32℉, thus preventing the battery cells from damage when charging under the freezing point.

Q: How do I store LiTime LiFePO4 lithium batteries?

    A:

It is recommended to store LiTime LiFePO4 batteries at 50% state of charge (SOC). If the batteries are stored for long periods, cycle the batteries at least every 6 months. Recommended storage environment: 10℃~35℃ (50℉~95℉), 45%RH~75%RH

Two batteries 🔋 make a great system.

I designed and installed my backyard solar system with these great batteries. Excellent charge/discharge operation with little heating.

Good value for the money and better than I expected

These have performed fantastic-ly. I was genuinely worried because how cheap they were compared to other sellers but in reality this has been one of the best items I have ever bought they work so well. And diligently perform the job they were designed to do without issue in the corner of the bedroom of my rv. Have had absolutely no issues. Just a thought, if you are smart do the research and find that you need a 48 volt battery this is for you it allowed me to use smaller connection wires because of the higher voltage. Running strong to date; has saved me money, energy and is much safer than any other type of battery than I could've bought.
